1. General Provisions

Sonic Store (hereinafter — "Site") is an online platform providing digital goods and services related to the game Rise of Castle. All information and functionality are for personal use by visitors.

2. Service Description

All products on the Site (game accounts, skins, in-game resources, consultations) are provided exclusively in digital form and are not physical items. The Site administration is not affiliated with the official developers or publishers of Rise of Castle.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment for products is made online using bank cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
The delivery time for a digital product depends on its type and may vary for each order: for most products, delivery is within a short period (from several minutes up to 24 hours), but for specific items, it may take up to 25 days. The exact delivery time is specified at checkout.

4. Refunds and Order Cancellation

Refunds are only possible if the product cannot be provided for technical reasons. After access to the digital product has been granted, refunds are not possible, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" (regarding digital goods).

5. Warranty and Support

Limited warranties may be provided for certain product categories, with conditions specified at purchase. We always strive to assist our customers and provide technical support on all issues. However, the terms of use of game services may change at the discretion of the game developers. In case of any unusual situations, we always try to help and find the best solution for the customer.

6. Liability

The Site operates on a personal initiative and provides services in good faith, within the framework of applicable law. Users agree to be solely responsible for complying with game rules and for the use of purchased products.
We guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and customer support on all questions related to purchases on the Site.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

We only retain the minimum information required to provide services (e.g., e-mail, Telegram, order details). All data is not transferred to third parties and is used only for order fulfillment and technical support.

8. Changes to Terms

The Site administration may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
