- By purchasing digital goods and game accounts on our site, you agree that refunds are possible only in exceptional cases and are considered individually.
Refund Grounds
- A refund is possible if the service or product was not provided due to the store's fault.
- Refunds are not made if the product has already been delivered (such as an account, skin, or bonuses), or in case of an incorrect order, lack of access to the email, incorrect input, or any situations beyond our control.
- Refunds are not made for in-game bans, sanctions, or rule changes if the service was provided.
Processing Time

- We guarantee all services are provided as honestly and quickly as possible. Once access to the digital product or account is given, the service is considered fully rendered.

- In all dispute situations, the store reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds.
